I had an amazing experience a few years ago with this location. Because of the interaction I had before I decided to come while moving. I was not disappointed! Every employee at this location has been remarkably friendly. Tia in particular has been very helpful at addressing a few particular concerns of mine in a timely and helpful manner!

I had an issue with the self check-in and I reached out via the QR posted in the hallway to chat with a customer service representative. Victor was able to help me troubleshoot and then when it didn't work, he was able to move me to the next unit and I also got a lower rate. I'm so pleased with all the assistance.

From move in to move out every thing was very easy and staff helped with any questions.

Myana was very helpful and attentive to my needs. She walked me to my unit and made sure I got the best price for the type of storage I needed.

Clean facility, professional staff (about out: Ms. Tonya) maintenance is kept up. However, to get to 57th ave is a feat. Awkward turns that can be dangerous, broken streets in the vicinity of an industrial park that needs urgent repair.

The staff, I wish I could drop her name is amazing. She made sure my transitioning was smooth, and was available when I had questions throughout. As a hard of hearing man it was tough to communicate with the mask, but she found ways to make sure I understood her. Thank you!

The employee was excellent however there was only 1 cart that could be found to support the transfer of items.

The process was seamless and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I was walked to my storage unit and was given instruction on how to unlock and lock my unit. The staff was also very diligent in making sure I received my key and information regarding the location.

Dee was absolutely wonderful. Not only did she help me get the right storage space at a reasonable price, but she also made me feel welcome in my new community, informing me of all the fun amenities available in the Bladensburg/D.C. area. I have never had to rent storage space before, but Dee made it a pleasant and easy experience. The entire facility is clean and neat, and everything operates easily (i.e. entry/exit gates, doors to storage units).

They are the best here! I worked with Denise Jones and her customer service was excellent. They were the only facility opened during the blizzard. I'll never go anywhere else.

I gave Cube Smart 4 out of 5 because of the customer service and economy. I was not "wowed" because I was given the wrong entry code and wound up losing a day in moving. I had to wait until the next morning to only to be told that the code was correct in the system but not on the card written by the general manager.

They have have excellent customer service. The property is clean and the establishment is very help logistically for business owners/operators. The general manager, Lillian, gave me a list of numerous services that they offer and I plan to use in the near future. Compared to other local storage facilities they met my business needs the best.
